Intermezzo Coffee and Cocktails is a staple specialty shop in St. Petersburg. Due to an ever-expanding and developing community, they are relocating and are excited to provide a new environment for customers. Expanding their equipment to increase their production and providing an intimate space for enjoying their cocktails is forefront at the development for this new space.

Downtown St. Petersburg carries a wonderful history and has maintained much of the original structures that define "place" for the community. We have redesigned the existing facades for several retail establishments, upgrading materials and construction, while preserving the scale and streetscape of the community. 

Talbot House Ministries, located in Lakeland, Florida, provides several support services for homeless - shelter, medical services, affordable housing, etc. Currently, the ministry is expanding their food service program, including a dining room expansion and kitchen renovation.

Greenbench Brewing Company, located in St. Petersburg, Florida, transforms a historic mechanic shop into a state-of-the-art brewing facility, while embracing the historic roots of old St. Petersburg's rich past.

Flying Boat Brewing Company, located in north St. Petersburg's industrial district, was inspired by the "history of flight" and this unique theme carries throughout the space - community tasting room, private enclaves, and the production areas.

Pye Road Meadery, opened in Spring 2021, leads the way in establishing new methods for developing and serving creative twists on meads and wines.
