Tampa General Hospital

Lead and manage construction department, including oversight of all construction projects and activities, from onset of design through construction. This includes regular coordination with Design Dept and Operations/Maintenance Dept to ensure facility standards and quality requirements were met on all projects. Key objectives: to ensure compliance with TGH standards, building codes, safety requirements, project budgets and schedules; incorporate new processes and procedures for organized documentation throughout the entire construction process for projects; lead and direct internal process improvements, including use of E-Builder; start-up and closeout processes; formal coordination across adjacent support departments; forms development/management.
